The Kennedy Space Center is a great activity to add to your vacation in Orlando. It’s just a few miles east of Orlando so you can easily make a day trip out of it. In fact, there’s a lot of tour packages out of Orlando that include a shuttle to and from Cape Canaveral. Attractions at the Kennedy Space Center include the Shuttle Launch Experience, KSC Tours, IMAX, Astronaut Encounter, Exploration of Space, the Hall of Fame, and more. Additional Information

Hours of operation for the Kennedy Space Center are 9am – 6pm. It’s open every day except for December 25th. Bus tours begin at 10am with the last bus departing at 2:45pm. Admission includes the IMAX movies, all exhibits, the Hall of Fame, and all simulators. Additional guided tours and experiences are also available for an additional charge. There is a parking fee of $10 per vehicle at the Kennedy Space Center.
